We are looking for a passionate Humanitarian Aid Worker to support our mission in Johannesburg. In this role, you will facilitate project implementation, monitor progress, and advocate for the needs of vulnerable populations. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop project proposals and reports for donor funding.
• Coordinate with monitoring and evaluation teams to assess impact.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about program goals.
• Provide support during fundraising campaigns and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Development Studies or related fields is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of field experience in humanitarian aid or social services
