Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and community outreach to assess client environments.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Educate clients about social programs and community resources.
• Participate in training and continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or related field
