Responsibilities

• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Assist in the development of production layouts to optimize workflow.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
