Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our stone carriage equipment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the effective transportation of materials while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate stone carriage machinery to ensure timely transportation of materials.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on all operational equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols to maintain a risk-free work environment.
• Collaborate with logistic teams to coordinate material deliveries.
• Report any machinery issues to the Operations Manager for immediate attention.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Assist in the training of new hires on operational procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications in machinery operation are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operating furnace or kiln equipment

• Valid driver's license with code EC1 endorsement
