Job Description

As a Residence Leasing Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the leasing process for residential properties. Your focus will be on marketing and promoting properties while ensuring an exemplary experience for prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to position available properties in the market.
• Showcase properties to potential tenants and handle queries during the tour.
• Conduct thorough screenings of tenants and manage application processes.
• Create and negotiate lease agreements that comply with rental regulations.
• Manage tenant relations during their residency and assist with any issues.
• Track market trends and adjust strategies as needed for competitiveness.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential leasing or property management.
