Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will identify potential clients, arrange meetings, and present our offerings effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Deliver training and support to new sales team members.
  • Provide feedback on customer insights to improve product offerings.
  • Develop case studies based on successful client interactions.
  • Support the team in reaching collective sales targets.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to improve sales processes.

  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and update sales databases with accurate information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Further studies in sales methodologies preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar sales role
