Job Description

As a Physiotherapist at Healthcare Solutions Corp., you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. Your role will include evaluating patient progress, implementing treatment techniques, and educating patients on self-management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments for new patients and establish treatment goals.
• Deliver massage, mobilization, and exercise therapy to help alleviate pain.
• Evaluate and analyze patient feedback to track rehabilitation progress.
• Develop group exercise programs for patients recovering from similar conditions.
• Advise on the use of supportive aids and equipment to aid mobility.
• Engage in physical treatment and rehabilitation for surgical patients.
• Consult with patients post-treatment to recommend lifestyle adjustments.
• Conduct follow-ups to assess long-term health outcomes for patients post-therapy.
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote rehabilitation services.
• Contribute to research and clinical audit activities within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Allied Health
• Master's degree in a health-related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in physiotherapy or related field

• Manual Therapy

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Physiotherapist
• Lymphatic Drainage Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Pilates or Hydrotherapy: Experience in incorporating innovative treatment techniques like Pilates or hydrotherapy.
• Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting: Familiarity with a variety of patient care settings enhances assessment skills.
