Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will provide essential technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues, configure hardware and software, and maintain network systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support for IT-related issues.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve technical problems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Ensure data backups are performed and maintained.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve systems.
  • Maintain an inventory of equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • IT certifications (Cisco, CompTIA) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
