Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will provide essential technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Ensure data backups are performed and maintained.

• Maintain an inventory of equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IT certifications (Cisco, CompTIA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
