Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical projects within our organization. This role demands a hands-on leader with a focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance project deliverability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project operations and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective collaboration among all parties.
  • Use project management software to manage timelines, budgets, and progress.
  • Assess project resource allocation and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to build lasting relationships.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Document all project phases and retain records for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field is an advantage

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing projects
