Join our dedicated team as a Civil Engineer in Durban where you will be responsible for overseeing various phases of civil engineering projects. From conceptual design through to execution, you will apply your technical skills to meet project deadlines and budgets, while ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with standards.
• Oversee site works and ensure quality control.
• Perform regular inspections and assessments on construction sites.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and city planners.
• Assist in preparing bids and competitive proposals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align project expectations.
• Ensure the integration of sustainable practices in design.
• Assist in training and developing junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects
