UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Durban-based team. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging applications that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design requirements.
• Design user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is met.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines for developers.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure design fidelity.
• Stay abreast of emerging design tools and technologies.
• Assist in the training of junior design team members.
• Measure the success of design solutions through analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience
