Job Description

Join us as the Student Affairs Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will manage various initiatives aimed at student support and success, ensuring that our institution meets the highest standards of student care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
• Assess and evaluate student needs through surveys and feedback.
• Promote mental health and wellness programs among students.
• Develop outreach programs to engage with diverse student populations.
• Compile reports on student engagement metrics and program effectiveness.
• Manage crisis intervention strategies to support students in distress.
• Foster relationships with community partners to enhance student resources.
• Advocate for student needs in institutional decision-making processes.
• Enhance training for staff on student support best practices and compliance.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming campus environment for all students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences or Psychology
• Master's degree in a related field would be advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in student affairs

Certifications

• Student Affairs Administration Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
