Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and engage with vendors for component sourcing.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
