Responsibilities

• Research and apply new materials and technologies in architectural design.

• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to interpret their needs and vision.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes Compliance

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project management software: Familiarity with tools like Trello or Asana for project tracking.
• Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM): Experience with BIM processes and tools.
