We are seeking an analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that will assist in strategic decision-making. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with financial software, and an ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial reports and presentations.
• Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance against plans.
• Review and assess financial policies for efficiency and compliance.
• Support the implementation of financial management systems.
• Lead ad-hoc financial projects as required.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in financial analysis or investment analysis

Certifications

• CFA Level 2
• CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting
