Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager who is experienced in developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with our business goals. In this role, you will foster a high-performance culture, lead talent acquisition initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee retention and engagement.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend changes to improve recruitment and retention.
  • Collaborate with management on organizational design and change initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations to minimize risk.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in a corporate setting
