Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to ensure accuracy in our financial records and assist in the planning and forecasting process. This role will require strong analytical skills and the ability to work with diverse teams within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate employee records.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the development of internal financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial advice to management to support decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
