Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial reports and present findings to the finance team.
• Monitor and assess changes in financial regulations affecting the company.
• Provide guidance on cost implications of business strategies.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies by analyzing costs and competition.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights.
• Develop ad-hoc reports as needed to support management decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or relevant financial certifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
