Job Description

The Base Draw Operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining base draw machinery to produce high-quality products. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety protocols are key to this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct alignment and tension of materials being processed.
• Operate forklift or other machinery as necessary for production support.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Monitor raw material levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.
• Support other team members in their tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Experience in the printing and packaging industry highly advantageous.
