Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibilities will include user support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting IT-related issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our IT systems. Candidates should be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage support tickets and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems and software.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Stay updated on IT best practices and technical advancements.
• Assist in training users on new technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Additional IT certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
