As an Executive Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive-level management. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will ensure the smooth operation of the office and assistance in key administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments.
Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Manage all travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO and other executives.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Organize company events and employee gatherings.
Assist the executive team with various projects as needed.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Office Management/Administration or equivalent
Professional certification in Office Management/Administration is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting executive-level management.
