Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, allowing us to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Help establish best practices for quality assurance within the company.
• Develop training materials and provide support to team members regarding quality standards.
• Manage and oversee the quality assurance process throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously research and implement new testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and manual testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium WebDriver
• TestNG

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Agile Testing Certification
• CAT (Certified Agile Tester)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with API testing tools: Familiarity with tools like Postman or SoapUI for API testing.
• Knowledge of SQL databases: Basic understanding of SQL for validating data integrity.
