Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction teams to achieve successful project completion.
  • Ensure effective communication among site personnel and management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress against deadlines.
  • Enforce site safety protocols and conduct incident investigations.
  • Manage contractors and subcontractors effectively to ensure timely work delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for materials and labor costs.
  • Evaluate site performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide updates on site conditions.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of environmental impacts and sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Construction Management Certification is preferred
Experience
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in a supervisory role
