• Monitor, respond to, and engage with user comments and questions.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing posts.
• Stay current with social media trends and competitor activities.
• Organise and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
• Produce monthly reports on performance and social media growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in branding and digital marketing strategies
