Job Description

As a Financial Analyst based in Johannesburg, you will be tasked with conducting thorough financial analysis to support our strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and reports.
• Evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Assist with the monthly closing process and financial analysis.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends affecting the business.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
