Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive key projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, e.g., Gantt charts.
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Utilize project management software to track project activities and progress.
• Conduct project reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any project-related conflicts or obstacles.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Report project outcomes, including successes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is also acceptable

Experience

• 7+ years of proven project management experience in a leadership role

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
