Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, enhancing product quality, and leading various engineering projects to improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems and implement solutions that streamline productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for engineering initiatives.
• Utilize simulation software to evaluate process changes.
• Design and implement ergonomic workspaces to enhance worker safety.
• Provide training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Review engineering designs and specifications for compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Perform root cause analysis on production failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
