Join our Cape Town team as an Online Education Coordinator, responsible for the planning and execution of our online learning programs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive engagement and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of online course materials.
• Assess learner outcomes and implement improvements.
• Support educators in integrating technology into their teaching.
• Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement.
• Manage schedules for online course offerings.
• Evaluate and select appropriate online learning technologies.
• Communicate with students to resolve queries promptly.
• Conduct market analysis to align courses with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in educational program coordination

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Online Content Development

Certifications

• Certified Online Instructor
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
