We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes at our Port Elizabeth facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in process optimization, lean methodologies, and a passion for improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Benchmark processes against industry standards to identify gaps.
• Assist in developing budgets for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with IT to implement automation solutions.
• Conduct root cause analyses for performance issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management
• MBA with a focus on Operations Management is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
