Job Description

Join us as a Customer Success Manager in Johannesburg, where your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving product usage across our clientele. You'll collaborate closely with customers to address their needs and promote product efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist with escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Implement customer feedback loops to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer education resources.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with leadership to align customer goals with company objectives.
  • Execute customer retention campaigns aimed at reducing churn.
  • Foster a collaborative spirit among different teams to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Create and distribute customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant certifications in customer success management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools
  • Experience in software implementation
