You will work closely with various departments to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Work with various departments to enhance financial literacy.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Assist in financial audits and compliance checks.
• Prepare materials for presentations to executives and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis for competitive positioning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in financial analysis or related fields

• QuickBooks
• SAP

Certifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
