Job Description

We are currently searching for a dynamic User Support Specialist to join our dedicated IT support team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and troubleshooting solutions to enhance user experience. You will engage with users to resolve their technical issues, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and software.
  • Assist in data backup and recovery processes.
  • Create user guides and documentation to aid users.
  • Maintain communication with users throughout incident resolution.
  • Evaluate user feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or relevant technical certification
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
