Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage the logistical and operational components of clinical trials. Your role will involve supporting investigators, recruiting participants, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical trials concurrently, ensuring protocol adherence.
• Develop and manage timelines and project plans for studies.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with trial protocols.
• Analyze trial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage trial budgets, including tracking and reporting expenses.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and team members.
• Coordinate the efforts of involved healthcare professionals.
• Handle participant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement best practices to enhance trial efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical research experience
