Responsibilities
Assess client capabilities and set achievable fitness goals.
Create and lead dynamic group classes to engage clients.
Evaluate and update fitness programs as clients progress.
Provide advice on injury prevention and recovery.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote fitness.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new members.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Advanced Personal Trainer certification is preferred
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in fitness training
