We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, generating reports, and providing insights to assist management in making informed business decisions. You will play a crucial role in budget planning and operational performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Evaluate complex financial data and provide insights for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial strategies.
• Develop financial models to forecast financial outcomes and budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Identify process improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Support audits and the coordination of external financial reviews.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• CFA or similar certification is highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance roles

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting
• Quantitative Analysis
• Power BI

• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• CFA Level II or III preferred
• Financial Modeling certifications are an asset

Languages

• English: Fluent
