We are seeking a detail-oriented General Finance Officer to oversee our financial operations in Bloemfontein. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance and provide insights.
• Lead financial audits and assessments.
• Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
• Optimize budgeting and forecasting methods.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports.
• Work closely with external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency.
• Training staff on financial compliance and best practices.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.
• Develop key performance indicators for finance team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in a finance leadership role
