Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our clients’ websites.

Responsibilities

• Optimize client websites for search engines to enhance organic search rankings.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Engage with the digital marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Provide SEO training and support to team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency environment

Technical Skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Google Search Console

Certifications

• HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
• SEO Training Course Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
