Job Description

As a UX Designer at our prestigious agency, you’ll focus on understanding user needs and translating them into seamless and engaging user experiences. In this role, your design talents will shape how users interact with our products, enhancing overall usability and customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user feedback and usability testing results to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design changes.
• Design user interface elements with an emphasis on user-centred principles.
• Participate actively in design sprints and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in creating user personas and identifying target demographics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch/Figma

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Human-Computer Interaction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Familiarity with front-end development for better collaboration with development teams.
