Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze complex financial data to support decision-making.
• Identify and document business requirements for new projects.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and best practices.
• Support the testing and implementation of new systems.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success.
• Provide ongoing support for business units in utilizing analytical tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management or financial analysis experience

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project management: Background in project management frameworks is beneficial.
• Understanding of machine learning basics: Interest in data science concepts and machine learning will be advantageous.
