Responsibilities

  • Supervise logistics processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement metrics to monitor performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the negotiation of transport contracts and service agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem-resolution support.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Train and mentor junior logistics staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of logistics experience preferred
