Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will assist in onboarding new employees with their hardware and software needs, troubleshoot system issues, and offer training on various tools. Your contribution will be critical to ensuring the operational success of our IT department and satisfaction among our clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT queries.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
• Assist in managing IT projects and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain IT security solutions.
• Provide remote support for end-users as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT diploma
• MCSE or CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

• VPN Configuration
• Firewall Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals: Understanding basic cybersecurity principles and practices.
