Job Description

As a Curriculum Development Manager, you'll lead the design and implementation of curriculum initiatives that inspire both educators and students. Your role will involve strategizing curriculum frameworks, assessing educational needs, and driving innovation to improve learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply best practices in curriculum development.
• Create assessment tools to measure student success and curriculum effectiveness.
• Encourage collaborative teaching and learning by integrating technology into curricula.
• Develop resources and guides for educators implementing new curricula.
• Work on continuous improvement strategies for curriculum and teaching methods.
• Participate in educational conferences and networks to share insights and gain inspiration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Curriculum Studies or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related educational roles with demonstrable curriculum development experience
