As an Educational Consultant in Pretoria, you will collaborate with schools and educational institutions to develop innovative teaching strategies and improve student outcomes. Your role involves assessing educational needs, providing expert advice, and implementing effective solutions tailored to each client's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for educational leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with school Management teams to foster a positive learning environment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on educational needs and progress.
• Implement evaluation tools to assess the impact of strategies on student performance.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and sharing among educators.
• Promote lifelong learning and professional development for educators.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
• Additional qualifications in educational psychology are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working within educational settings
