As an Investment Banker at our Durban office, you will be tasked with structuring complex financial transactions, conducting market research, and developing investment strategies. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you assess investment risks and opportunities, contributing to our clients' financial successes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to derive insights for clients.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models to support investment proposals.
• Engage with prospective clients to expand the bank’s client base.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper regulatory adherence.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client negotiations and contract discussions.
• Continuously assess risk factors associated with investment opportunities.
• Drive strategic initiatives within the investment banking division.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory roles
