Responsibilities

• Execute capital market transactions including IPOs, debt issuance, and private placements.
• Conduct presentations to clients and potential investors.
• Execute strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor performance of investment portfolios and provide regular updates.
• Ensure quality control of financial documents and client presentations.
• Participate in networking events to build industry relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years in the investment banking sector
