Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of events in Johannesburg. You’ll work with clients to define their goals, manage logistics, oversee vendors, and ensure each event runs smoothly. Creative thinking and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest lists and manage RSVPs.
  • Source and curate event supplies and materials.
  • Implement feedback from clients and attendees into future events.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss event strategies and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Event Planning certification preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
