Job Description

As an Event Coordinator at Dynamic Events Agency, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of events in Port Elizabeth. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision, manage logistics, and ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead event planning meetings with clients to finalize details and logistics.
  • Analyze event metrics to determine success and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to promote upcoming events.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Conduct site visits to potential venues and assess suitability.
  • Train and support junior event staff in the execution of their roles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or project management roles
