Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the e-commerce team in developing growth strategies.
  • Manage product listings to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Oversee the user experience design on the e-commerce site.
  • Evaluate competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
  • Engage in strategic planning with upper management regarding e-commerce direction.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention.
  • Facilitate training for the sales team on new policies and products.
  • Compile and present findings from customer feedback to upper management.
  • Manage promotional budget for seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA preferred

  • 5+ years in e-commerce or online retail environment
