Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in our software development process. Your main responsibilities will include testing, debugging, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest quality standards before deployment. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and recommend improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in the testing process.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Provide insights on trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
