Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery for the application of coatings and paints. Ensure that processes are efficient and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow and mixture of paint materials to ensure consistent application.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with the production team.
• Monitor environmental conditions for optimal painting results.
• Conduct tests to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Collaborate with quality control to uphold product integrity.
• Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
